CANCELLATIONS

You can change or cancel your Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time 30 days before your reservation is scheduled by emailing thekindredkeller@gmail.com . Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the amount of hours booked that can be applied towards a future reservation with us. Your credit will expire 12 months from the date of the original reservation. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 10 days of your reservation will only recieve partial credit.

No refunds will be given.

Studio vs Event Booking

Bookings of 10+ people will be required to be scheduled as an event, unless prior approval is given.

Any booking that plans to include more than standard studio work (photography, UGC, videography, podcasting) is to be booked as an event
